PROJECT 1 | New-Hire Onboarding
Creation of an on-boarding plan for 500+ associates that covered everything from "pre"-boarding (the steps hiring managers needed to complete before the associates' start date) and WEEK 1 orientation to phased learning opportunities that ran the course of a full year.
PROJECT 2 | Professional Development Planning
Distribution of 360 Assessments that captured technical and leadership strengths and opportunities for an entire organization.
Once assessments were complete, I:

Incorporated key insights into the onboarding plan to take a proactive approach to minimizing competency gaps
PROJECT 3 | Team Performance Planning
Facilitation of an in-depth, interactive Team Performance Planning process. This program covered High Performance Collaboration, metric setting and review, identification of critical competencies, a team action plan (including ownership of each action), and measures.
Following completion of this program, I worked with stakeholders to monitor progress over the course of 18 months.
PROJECT 4 | Organization Intergration
I was selected to help join two legacy organizations, each of which had over 100 years of history. My role was to anticipate possible integration hurdles, strategize how to incorporate and align on corporate culture, and prepare learning/development plans, onboarding guidelines, budgets, and logistics for 500+ new associates.
Additionally, I was asked to kick off the first ever National Sales Meeting for the newly-formed global organization.
